I used that software a thousand time successfully (mostly to rename and move ms office files that always stay locked even after closing the file) or to rename containing folder. Recently, I noticed that I can't rename a folder and that IObit unlocker doesn't show any locking process. It says "not locked".

15 de abr. de 2021 · Moderators. 4.2k. Posted April 15, 2021. What you actually mean is that Unlocker does not work for that file....not that unlocker does not work. The reason it does not work for that file is that it is a windows system file, and you do not have access to it. You should not be messing with system files....unless you wish to wreck your pc.
13 de mar. de 2021 · Scannan. Install Iobit Advanced SystemCare and use the Undelete feature in the Toolbox. Also, note that if you are writing to your pc you are running the risk of overwriting the deleted files. You. should avoid writing to the disc untill you have recovered the deleted files.
