Graham Lyle is a Scottish singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer who co-wrote 18 UK and US hits, including Tina Turner's "What's Love Got to Do with It?". He also performed as part of Gallagher and Lyle, McGuinness Flint and Slim Chance.
Gallagher and Lyle were a pop rock and folk rock duo, comprising singer-songwriters Benny Gallagher and Graham Lyle. They wrote for Apple Records, McGuinness Flint and other artists, and had hits such as "When I'm Dead and Gone" and "Breakaway".

"What's Love Got to Do with It" is a song written by Graham Lyle and Terry Britten, and recorded by Tina Turner for her fifth studio album, Private Dancer (1984). Capitol Records released it as a single from Private Dancer in May 1984 and it eventually became Turner's biggest-selling single.
