Esta solución consiste en instalar (o reparar) librerías VC++ que Safe Exam Browser necesita para funcionar. Paso 1 Entrando al siguiente enlace: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53840. Paso 2 Elige el idioma en que está tu Windows y da clic en Descargar (Download).
A security or anti-virus software (e.g. 360 Security Guard) is blocking SEB from locking down the computer, causing a lock-down error "Failed to completely lockdown the computer". Solution : Deactivate the anti-virus software or allow SEB as an exception.

I would advise you to try this first: Open the service control panel of Windows, search for "Safe Exam Browser Service" and stop or even disable it. Then try again to start SEB. I tried this, but that didn't fix the problem and resulted in the same error as before.
When you have a problem with some website you try to open in Chrome or Firefox, you also don't call or write Google or Mozilla to help you (unless you're a web developer and are sure that the browser has a bug). SEB is completely free to use (freeware software).
Make sure a quiz can only be taken using Safe Exam Browser, display an error message if trying to open the quiz in another web browser. Check if legitimate SEB settings or optionally if the correct version of SEB are used.
