Quinque are weapons made from ghoul's kagune. They emit electrical signals, which stimulate the Kakuhou to release and control it. Quinque can be made into various types of melee and ranged weapons, but most retain a few characteristics from the original kagune.
Rotten follow is absolutely trash in all aspects. Over priced, not good for pvp, not good for farming. I suggest getting either scorpion or kajiri first to farm Eto and other bosses easily, then when you are higher level go for a more top tier quinque.
