Monday, April 11, 2022 – Today Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band – Steve Lukather, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Gregg Bissonette, Hamish Stuart and Edgar Winter – announce additional shows for 2022. This is the second leg of tour dates initially planned for 2020.
The 2022 concert tour by the rock supergroup Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band began on 27 May 2022 in Rama, Ontario, Canada. The tour was originally scheduled to begin in 2020, but was postponed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, the group's lead vocalist, Ringo Starr, stated that they would not be touring that year.
On 7 February 2022, Starr announced his intention to return to touring with his band for the first time since 2019. The tour was announced to run from 27 May to 26 June, though several concerts held in June would end up being postponed till October due to two members of the band catching COVID-19.
