Predator XB271H - White screen. I'm stuck with a white screen when plugged in through either DP cable or HDMI cable, computer still responds and shows the monitor as connected, and the monitor will flash to show that it is also connected, but the screen is white no matter what I do.
February 2021. @Raikishi. You know the white screen problem does not happen when you use other application, so there is no problem with the laptop. Check the specs of the games yo playing and check whether that matches the laptop specs or uninstall the program and install it again and play.
I have purchased Acer Predator Helios 300 Laptop in year 2018. It worked very fine till Oct 2022 but from 2022 to now my laptop screen is flickering and white line are coming on top position of my screen. Even that flickering is also coming at the time of predator splash screen kindly please help me.

Predator Helios 300 PH315-51 1060 6gb I7 8750h 16gb. If it appears on bios, then you should contact acer support coz it's an hardware issue. I kinda had similar but worse problem, u can check it here https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/645217/how-to-fix-screen-flicker-with-restarts-in-my-predator-triton-300-model-no-pt315-52#latest.
I just noticed them a few days ago. They are only visible on white backgrounds. They are only visible at certain viewing angles as well. The laptop is under warranty so I can get the screen replaced fortunately. http://imgur.com/a/0JV2OtQ. It could be a screen assembly issue in the factory.
