Bigfoot is a Ford monster truck created by Bob Chandler and owned by his company, Bigfoot 4X4 out of Pacific, Missouri. It is best considered to be the world's first monster truck, although a few have disputed this, such as Jeff Dane and King Kong, however Bigfoot was the first to gain popularity.

The original Bigfoot began as a 1974 Ford F-250 pickup that was modified by its owner Bob Chandler beginning in 1975. By 1979, the modifications were so extensive, the truck came to be regarded as the first monster truck.
