Double Fantasy is the fifth studio album by John Lennon and Yoko Ono, and the final one to feature Lennon before his death. Released in November 1980 on Geffen Records, the album marked Lennon's return to recording music full-time, following his five-year hiatus to raise his son Sean.
Double Fantasy es el nombre del séptimo y último álbum de estudio editado en vida del músico británico John Lennon y de su esposa, Yoko Ono, publicado el 17 de noviembre de 1980 en el recién creado sello discográfico Geffen Records. Supuso el último álbum autorizado por Lennon antes de su muerte.
Double Fantasy was a brave album on John’s part, and not only for his loyalty to Yoko. Here was a man whose image was frozen in rock’n’roll, with all its connotations of youth, rebellion and extremity.
