The Simpson-Lee House is located on Mt. Wilson of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia. Construction began in 1988 and was completed in 1993. The clients, Geelum and Sheila Simpson- Lee approached Glenn Murcutt and asked him to create a “secular monastic” design on their chosen site.
