ExxonMobil made a final investment decision for the Uaru project, which will add 250,000 barrels of daily capacity in 2026. The company has invested $12.7 billion in Guyana and plans to have six FPSOs online by 2027, with low greenhouse gas intensity.
ExxonMobil has increased its resource estimate for the Stabroek Block to nearly 11 billion barrels of oil-equivalent. The company has made five discoveries in 2022 and has four sanctioned projects in the block, with production expected to start in 2023 and 2025.
26 de oct. de 2022 · ExxonMobil has made two more discoveries at the Sailfin-1 and Yarrow-1 wells in the Stabroek block offshore Guyana, bringing its total to more than 30 since 2015. The company expects to produce more than one million barrels a day by the end of the decade from its Guyana projects.
