I believe mui is stronger than gogeta, it is a "end all" transformation. I agree with everything there except I think Vegetto Blue would be above Beerus. I’m sure that Whis wasn’t trying at all against Broly, and that was very brief. So my question is: What if Beerus were there and Broly went after….
