27 de ene. de 2023 · Dave Navarro, who has been recovering from long Covid, will not join Jane's Addiction on their initial 2023 tour dates. Former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer will fill in for him on the West Coast, South America and some international shows.

Jane's Addiction returned to the studio in 2023 to record new material and announced that Navarro hadn't participated due to his ongoing struggle with long COVID. Navarro returned to the band in May 2024 with the classic Jane's Addiction line-up performing their first show together in fourteen years on May 23, 2024.
