Depends on which form Asura is in. Asura in his strongest form would beat Thanos in an ungodly stomp. Pic shows his base form so I say: Round 1: Asura. Round 2: Thanos
Asura does not have infinite power. He just punches things (though awesomely) and that's about it. Thanos casually mollywomps star busters and characters with at least solar system durability. Adding in mind hax, life hax, matter hax, etc, Asura isn't winning this.
Asura and Oni-Akuma continue their fight over the last 500 years and end up in the the realm of Thanos and Marvel destroying planets with their rage induced carnage.
