Amaya Takeru (天谷 武, Amaya Takeru) is deuteragonist of Kamisama no Iutoori first series, later become final antagonist following fight of the god. He is first appears at the end of chapter 4, after killing all the remaining students of the Maneki-neko game with a katana apart from Shun and Akimoto.

Shun encounters Takeru Amaya, a muscular and disturbed young boy who takes great pleasure in the events. He is a psychopath, and despite being polar opposites, they manage to work with each other. The final volume sees the creator of the games, Kamimaro, launching his final games with all the remaining victors.
The game is won with the aid of Takeru Amaya, a troubled classmate who beats up other students, seems to revel in the opportunity to see so many deaths, and who kills all the other survivors besides Shun and Ichika after winning the game.
