Eric Johann Johnson (born August 7, 1979) is a Canadian actor known for playing Flash Gordon on the eponymous 2007–2008 television series, Whitney Fordman on the superhero series Smallville, Detective Luke Callaghan on the police drama Rookie Blue, and Jack Hyde in the Fifty Shades film series.
Eric Johnson portrayed Whitney Fordman on Smallville. He was a main cast member for the first season, appearing in 19 episodes. He made a guest appearance in the second season episode Visage for the character's exit storyline, and appeared in a flashback in Season Four 's Facade.

Eric Johann Johnson is a Canadian actor who portrays Whitney Fordman & Tina Greer on The CW's Smallville. Johnson began his career acting at age nine, when his parents enrolled him in Stage Polaris, a theater company in Edmonton.[1]
