Dolutegravir/rilpivirine, sold under the brand name Juluca, is a fixed-dose combination antiretroviral medication for the treatment of HIV/AIDS. It contains the medicines dolutegravir and rilpivirine. It is taken by mouth. The most common adverse reactions (of all severity grades) are diarrhea and headache.
Overview. Juluca is a medicine used to treat adults infected with human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1), a virus that causes acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). Juluca is only used for patients whose levels of HIV-1 in the blood (viral load) have been below 50 copies/ml for at least 6 months on their current HIV treatment combination.
