The Sea Kings are called 海王類 (Kaiō-rui), with 類 used to imply groups/species. While I'm much used to Sea Kings (the literal translation) and I personally feel that's what Oda wanted to portray, Neptunians is just as good a translation if you are familiar with european mythology.
