Está encarcelada en una prisión en Florida, apodada el «Acuario». Su padre, Jotaro Kujo, le da un colgante que hace que un misterioso poder despierte dentro de ella. Cuando ocurren una serie de eventos inexplicables, Jotaro le informa a su hija que un discípulo de DIO la incriminó para poder matarla en prisión, y la ayuda a escapar.

Set in 2011, Florida, Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of Jotaro, is wrongfully accused of a crime she didn't commit and sent to a maximum-security prison.
Her father, Jotaro Kujo, gives her a pendant that causes her to awaken a Stand. Following a series of inexplicable events, Jotaro informs his daughter that a disciple of Dio framed her in order to kill her in prison.
