Johnathon "Johnny" Blaze [21] a.k.a Ghost Rider [22] is an American motorcycle stunt performer, and entertainer turned Spirit of Vengeance. [14] [15] He was the son of famed stuntman Barton Blaze who tragically died during a stunt.
The character's story begins when motorcycle stuntman Johnny Blaze becomes bound to the Spirit of Vengeance Zarathos after making a deal with Mephisto to spare his surrogate father. With his supernatural powers, Johnny seeks vengeance as the "Ghost Rider".
Johnathon "Johnny" Blaze is a former host of the Spirit of Vengeance who was able to transform into the demonic Ghost Rider. He rescued Robbie Reyes and Gabe Reyes after they were attacked by the Fifth Street Locos, dragging Gabe from their burning car and passing the Spirit of Vengeance to Robbie.
