Club Obi Wan was a restaurant and nightclub in Shanghai, China in the 1930s. Housed in a multi-story building, the club featured fine dining and lavish entertainment productions for both Chinese and foreign patrons.
23 de may. de 2019 · That famous Shanghai nightclub at the beginning of Temple of Doom really is named “Club Obi Wan” after the Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Star Wars saga. The club exteriors were filmed on location in Macao, a region on the Chinese mainland near Hong Kong.
In a nod to the Star Wars franchise, the nightclub is called Club Obi Wan. Willie is unprepared for her adventure with Indy and Short Round, and appears to be a damsel in distress. She also forms a romantic relationship with Indy. Over 120 actresses auditioned for the role, including Sharon Stone.

13 de ene. de 2023 · Hasbro reveals a new 6-inch action figure of Indiana Jones dressed as Obi-Wan Kenobi from Temple of Doom. The figure is a Target exclusive and comes with accessories inspired by the film, such as a diamond, an antidote, a sword, and a flaming shish kabob.
