To clear for sports, start here. PHYSICAL FORM. If you do not receive an impact test, email the Athletic Trainer, jmorgan@hbuhsd.edu, for a new link. Print and bring signed confirmation page with the fee to the outside finance window. This fee covers transportation and conditioning. Checks payable to EHS.
The clearance process for the 2023/24 school year will be on-line and final submission in- person at the finance window during school days 12pm to 3pm. You can use this packet to help ensure you meet all requirements for clearance.
Clearance fees for Spring sports are as follows: Baseball-$90; Boys Golf-$60; Boys/Girls Lacrosse-$70; Softball-$90; Boys Volleyball-$70; Boys Tennis-$130; Co-Ed Swim-$80; Co-Ed Track & Field-$50; Girls Beach Volleyball-$40

Edison High school athletic department is happy to announce that athletic clearances can now be completed online. We have uploaded all of our clearance forms to the athletic clearance website . This will allow our athletes to do their clearance paperwork from home.
