Cameron Avery (born 21 April 1988) is an Australian multi-instrumentalist, musician, singer and songwriter. He is best known as a member of the bands Pond and Tame Impala, and as the frontman for The Growl .
The Growl is a band from Fremantle, Western Australia, formed by Tame Impala bass guitarist, and vocalist Cam Avery. History. The Growl is known for having two drummers. Their first EP was mixed by Brian Lucey, who had worked on The Black Keys' album Brothers. [citation needed]

10 de dic. de 2020 · Where does your story begin? I’m a 21 years old singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, CA. I started making music when I was ten and learned to play the guitar when I was 8. I grew up listening to artists like Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, Paramore, and Bob Marley.
I’m Cam Avery, a career musician who in my youth aspired to become a professional golfer. I’ve been the bassist in Tame Impala for over 10 years as well as having my own artist project and collaborating with a number of artists, notably Arctic Monkeys and Alexandra Savior.
Cam Avery is an Australian multi-instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter who is distinguished for his contribution to the band’s Pond and Tame Impala. He is also noted for forming the Fremantle based garage rock band called The Growl.
