Blanc, as always, is a tank first and foremost. She has the highest defenses of all characters, innately increases her magic resistance, has access to defensive buffs, and has access to HDD, heightening her stats for more defense or to increase her attack power and put her into a more offensive role. Offensively, Blanc is alright.
