Behind the Sun is the ninth solo studio album by Eric Clapton, released on 11 March 1985 by Duck Records / Warner Bros. Records. It is Clapton's first collaborative project with Phil Collins who co-produced the album and played on some of the tracks.

Behind the Sun (en español: Detrás del sol) es el noveno álbum de estudio del músico británico Eric Clapton, publicado por la compañía discográfica Warner Bros. Records en marzo de 1985.
This was the first of two albums produced by Phil Collins (the other being 'August'). The album has a great upbeat feel, even the slow songs have that bright feel. She's Waiting is the opening track, a great rock tune with a neat solo and a strong EC vocal.
