Although he then left his home island to continue his education in Tokyo, Shinpei returns after Ushio tragically drowns during the attempted rescue of a little girl.

Es hija de Alan, hermana de Mio y hermana adoptiva de Shinpei. Es mitad francesa por parte de padre. Aparentemente murió cuando salvó a Shiori Kobayakawa en un accidente marítimo en Hitogashima durante las vacaciones de verano. Reaparece ante Shinpei como una sombra y lo ayuda a resolver los extraños sucesos de la isla.
S!Shiori is special, but I think it's too early to call them one and the same. I think it's more possible that (because Haine can control time) she's actively searching for Shinpei in various times and places, then use her Mother status to manifest from shadows. Upon hearing of Ushio's death, Shinpei returns to his hometown of Wakayama City on Hitogashima and reunites with his childhood friend's family. The funeral goes smoothly, but under the surface something strange is brewing on the island. What mysteries await him on this secluded summer island?
