  4. How to use these tools. These tools are ideally suited for gesture drawing practice, but can be used with many styles of drawing practice. Gesture drawings are works of art created in an extremely short amount of time, traditionally 30 seconds — and certainly no more than two minutes.

  5. Quick: 4 poses for 15 secs, 4 poses for 30 secs, 2 poses for 1 mins, ending with 2 poses for 5 mins. Chill: 10 poses for 1 mins, 4 poses for 5 mins, 2 poses for 15 mins, ending with 1 pose for 30 mins.
