Other decorations. First research the habitat that the shoebox will display. Try to include several different plants and animals for each type.
Using a shoe box helps with limiting the size to a realistic, manageable and contained space. If you live in the Northern Hemisphere then seasonally we are heading to winter, so we will be focusing on Polar Habitats, specifically the Arctic.
