Chad and Jeremy fue un dúo de folk rock británico de los '60, formado por Chad Stuart (David Stuart Chadwick, nacido el 10 de diciembre de 1941 en Windermere, Cumbria) y Jeremy Clyde (Michael Thomas Jeremy Clyde, nacido el 22 de marzo de 1941 en Dorney, Buckinghamshire).
Chad & Jeremy were a British musical duo consisting of Chad Stuart and Jeremy Clyde, who began working in 1962 and had their first hit song in the UK with "Yesterday's Gone" (1963). That song became a hit in the United States in the following year as part of the British Invasion.

Biografía. Chad & Jeremy, más exitosos en los Estados Unidos que en su propio país, conformaron a comienzos de los años 60 un dúo con un estilo similar al que practicaban una pareja de la misma época, Peter & Gordon, es decir que, con esencia Merseybeat, presentaban repiques folk, melodías ejemplares, voces exquisitas, arreglos elegantes….
Estaba formado por Chad Stuart (nacido el 10 de diciembre de 1943 en Durham) y Jeremy Clyde (nacido el 22 de marzo de 1944 en Buckingamshire). En 1963, con producción de John Barry, la pareja debutó en single en Ember Records con Yesterday’s Gone, tema escrito por Chad, el alma compositiva del dúo, y Wendy Kidd.
