El hemangioma vertebral es un tumor óseo benigno muy frecuente, que muy raramente (<1%) produce síntomas. Estos hemangiomas sintomáticos suelen localizarse en la columna dorsal (D3-D9) y suelen presentarse por imagen con una trabeculación irregular, cortical expandida pobremente definida y con componente de partes blandas asociado.
