Tom David Kahn (September 15, 1938 – March 27, 1992) was an American social democrat known for his leadership in several organizations. He was an activist and influential strategist in the Civil Rights Movement. He was a senior adviser and leader in the U.S. labor movement. [1]
Thomas Kahn is a Distinguished Faculty Fellow at the Center for Congressional and Presidential Studies at American University and a senior consultant at the Cormac Group. He has extensive experience in Congress, the federal budget, and foreign affairs, and has taught at Georgetown and George Washington Universities.
Tom Kahn is a former staff director and chief counsel of the House Budget Committee and a senior consultant at the Cormac Group. He is also a scholar, a member of CFR and other boards, and a graduate of Georgetown Law School and Tufts University.
