Jimmy Perry (20 de septiembre de 1923 – 23 de octubre de 2016) [1] fue un guionista y actor inglés, conocido por escribir las sitcoms de la BBC Dad's Army (1968–77), It Ain't Half Hot Mum (1974–81), Hi-De-Hi (1980–88) y You Rang, M'Lord? (1988–93), todas ellas en colaboración con David Croft.
