Tyler Beck Goodspeed (born 1984/1985) is an American economist and economic historian who was the acting chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers from June 2020 to January 2021. He resigned from his position on January 7 in the wake of the 2021 storming of the United States Capitol.
Tyler Goodspeed is a former acting chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers and a professor of economic history and policy. He has published books and articles on financial regulation, banking, and monetary economics, and holds degrees from Harvard and Cambridge.

Tyler Goodspeed is the Kleinheinz Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. From 2020 to 2021 he served as Acting Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers, having been appointed by the President as a Member of the Council in 2019.
