Sir Stanley Ford Rous CBE (25 April 1895 – 18 July 1986) was an English football referee and the 6th President of FIFA, serving from 1961 to 1974. He also served as secretary of the Football Association from 1934 to 1962 and was an international referee.

Stanley Rous was a British football administrator and innovator who served as FIFA president from 1961 to 1974. He also refereed the FA Cup final, re-drafted the laws of the game, and helped the Home countries rejoin FIFA.
