Mala Kachalla (November 1941 – 18 April 2007) was governor of Borno State in Nigeria from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2003.
8 de may. de 2022 · Another year has gone by, it is 15 years since the man of peace, my mentor, my father, my boss and my confidant, former Governor Mala Kachallah of Borno State passed on. One may say it has been long, yet for me everything is still fresh in my mind.
18 de abr. de 2007 · Mala Kachalla was elected as governor of Borno State in April 1999, running for the All People"s Party (APP), which was renamed All Nigeria People"s Party (ANPP) due to a factional split. His election was financed by Ali Modu Sheriff, who became Senator for Borno Central.
Alhaji Dr. Mala Kachalla (fondly known as Baa Mala) was born in Maiduguri, Borno State, in November 2014. He was the fourth Executive Governor of Borno State between May 1999 and May 2003.
