  7. Butch Baldassari. American mandolinist, songwriter, music teacher and founder of the Nashville Mandolin Ensemble. Born December 11, 1952, Baldassari grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He died of a brain tumor on January 10, 2009 in Nashville, Tennessee.
