The Buffalo AKG Art Museum, formerly known as the Albright–Knox Art Gallery, is an art museum in Buffalo, New York, United States, in Delaware Park. The museum was expanded beginning in 2021, and re-opened in June 2023. The museum is a major showplace for modern art and contemporary art.
El Museo Albright-Knox es un museo de arte de Estados Unidos, ubicado en la ciudad de Buffalo. Conocido internacionalmente por sus fondos de los siglos XIX y XX, de Van Gogh a Jasper Johns, tiene como principal joya El Cristo amarillo de Paul Gauguin.
El museo tiene un amplio espacio dedicado exclusivamente a obras de artistas norteamericanos. El primer grupo que surgió estrictamente de los Estados Unidos fue el llamado Expresionismo Abstracto, con artistas tan destacados como Jackson Pollock . Otro apartado interesante es el de la escultura cubista.
