Mudda The Issue. Professor Siddharth Acharya, frustrated with the corrupt colleges in Bombay accepts a job in Samaypur and moves there. But upon arrival, he finds out the political rivalry between two local politicians has led their sons, Rajbir and Pratap to indulge in college fights.
