Synopsis by Hal Erickson. The eponymous Spaniard--actually a Britisher of Spanish heritage--is Basil Dignam, falsely convicted of murder. As he is led away, Dignam places a curse on the heads of his judge (Michael Hordern) and jury. Two of the jurors die mysteriously.
