Philippe Sella (born 14 February 1962, in Tonneins) is French former rugby union player. He started as a rugby league junior in his home town before switching to rugby union. As a former French rugby union player, he held the record for most international appearances until beaten by Jason Leonard.

Philippe Sella, né le 14 février 1962 à Tonneins, est un joueur international français de rugby à XV, évoluant au poste de trois-quarts centre (plus rarement à l'aile – comme à son 1 er tournoi –, ou arrière).
Philippe Sella is a former French rugby centre who played for Agen, Saracens and the national team. He scored a try in every Five Nations game and was inducted into the RugbyPass Hall of Fame in 2021.
