Francis Joseph Tripucka (December 8, 1927 – September 12, 2013) was an American football quarterback who played professionally for 15 seasons. He spent four seasons in the National Football League (NFL), eight in the Canadian Football League (CFL), and four in American Football League (AFL).

His number was retired until 2012 when he gladly and graciously allowed Peyton Manning to wear it. Tripucka died Thursday at his home in Woodland Park, N.J., at age 85.
