Santhi Soundarajan (also spelled Shanthi Soundararajan, born 17 April 1981) is a track and field athlete from Tamil Nadu, India. She is the winner of 12 international medals for India and around 50 medals for her home state of Tamil Nadu. Shanthi Soundarajan is the first Tamil woman to win a medal at the Asian Games.

She will file a petition against the Indian sports authorities for human rights violation and demand the report of the test and the medal restoration.
Soundarajan won 11 international medals for India. This includes the 800 m silver at the Asian Athletics Championships in South Korea in 2005 and the 1500 m gold at the South Asian Games in Colombo in August 2006. She was declared the best athlete at the National Open Championships in New Delhi in September 2006.
