William John Heaton Greenwood, MBE (born 20 October 1972) is an English former rugby union player who played for Leicester Tigers and Harlequins and was a member of England's 2003 World Cup-winning team and the 1997 British & Irish Lions.

6 de oct. de 2022 · The following season Greenwood finally earned that first England cap, against Australia in 1997, and he quickly formed an outstanding centre pairing with Jeremy Guscott. In his second appearance in the Five Nations in 1998, Greenwood scored his first England try in a 60-26 win over Wales at Twickenham.
Will Greenwood is a giant of English rugby who was capped more than 50 times by his country. A centre for Harlequins, Leicester and England, he was part of the England team that won the Rugby World Cup in 2003. Will Greenwood was inducted into the RugbyPass Hall of Fame in 2021.
