Herman Ese'ese (born 7 September 1994) is a New Zealand and Samoan professional rugby league footballer, who plays as a prop, and loose forward for Hull FC in the Betfred Super League. He has also played for both New Zealand and Samoa at international level.
Herman Ese'ese is a prop forward who joined Hull FC from NRL club The Dolphins in 2024. He has played for New Zealand and Samoa internationally and has over 125 career appearances in the NRL.

The 28-year-old has made 126 appearances in the NRL for Canterbury Bulldogs, Brisbane Broncos, Newcastle Knights, Gold Coast Titans and the Dolphins since his first-grade debut in 2015.
