Raisa Petrovna Smetanina (rusa: Раиса Петровна Сметанина; nacida el 29 de febrero de 1952) es una campeona de esquí de fondo soviética, Komi y rusa. Es la primera mujer en la historia en ganar diez medallas olímpicas de invierno.
She is the first woman to win 10 medals in her career. She is also the first athlete to step onto the podium at five editions of the Olympic Winter Games, and is one of only three Olympians to have won silver medals five times. 1976-1992, writing history over 16 years.
