Joseph Bernard Fuqua (born May 3, 1962 in Washington, D.C.) is an American actor, director, instructor and playwright.

His great-uncle Henry Fuqua was Governor of Louisiana in the 1920s and his great-great-great-grandfather William C. Gibbs was Governor of Rhode Island in the 1820s.

Joseph Fuqua (born 3 May 1962; age 62) played Gordon in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sixth season episode "Rocks and Shoals". His first acting role was as J.E.B. Stuart in Gettysburg. In 2003, he reprised that role in its prequel Gods and Generals.
