23 de may. de 1989 · President Truman created the super secret NSA National Security Agency by secret Executive Order on November 4, 1952. Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien's communications and language, and establish a dialogue with them. This extremely urgent task was a continuation of an earlier effort and was code named SIGMA.
The manuscript -- which ties together certain aspects of the 'Secret Government' and the UFO Phenomena -- was titled: THE SECRET GOVERNMENT (The Origin, Identity, and Purpose of MJ-12, May 23, 1989. Updated November 21, 1990).
MJ-12 has presented each new president with a picture of a lost alien culture seeking to renew itself, build a home on this planet, and shower us with gifts of technology. In some cases the president was told nothing.
