So they can be used interchangeably in sentences, but not without slightly changing the sentence (usually) to accommodate this difference. Share.

The first one, "I will send you right now", would be correct if you had something (a noun) to send: "I will send you the recording right now." Thanks a lot for your answer. Then in the second phrase I should say: I will send you the recording right now.

"right now" and "right away" are quite similar and i think in a lot of cases it would be fine to use either. for example, "i want it right away", or "i want it right now" (this is probably more common). also, you could say to someone "do it right now" or "do it right away". either are correct.
