Neverless is a collaboration between ambient composers and musicians Hans-Joachim Roedelius and Morgan Fisher. Basic tracks were recorded at Roedelius Studio in Austria and The Handmade Studio in Tokyo .
Morgan then went to work in his home studio, adding further layers of music and sound, and the result is a rich, mysterious soundscape, as can be expected from such a creative collaboration between two masters of the genre. After an initial limited-edition CD, this album is now available as a download (see link above).
Over 2002-03, HJR sent archival tapes to ex-Mott the Hoople keyboardist and electronic soundtrack auteur Morgan Fisher to re-work in his Tokyo home studio into five extended tone poems. Stephen Morgan Fisher (born 1 January 1950) is an English keyboard player and composer, and is most known as a member of Mott the Hoople in the early 1970s. However, his career has covered a wide range of musical activities, and he is still active in the music industry .
