Robert Craig Knievel ( Butte, Montana, 17 de octubre de 1938- Clearwater, Florida, 30 de noviembre de 2007), conocido como Evel Knievel, fue un popular motociclista de acrobacias estadounidense de la década de los 60 y 70 del siglo XX. Robert Craig Knievel (October 17, 1938 – November 30, 2007), known professionally as Evel Knievel (/ ˈ iː v ə l k ə ˈ n iː v ə l /), was an American stunt performer and entertainer. Throughout his career, he attempted more than 75 ramp-to-ramp motorcycle jumps. Knievel was inducted into the Motorcycle Hall of Fame in 1999.

As a youth, Knievel was often jailed for stealing hubcaps and motorcycles, including a Harley-Davidson motorcycle at age 13.
