Powell rebuilt the band with the addition of guitarist Roger Filgate, bassist Tony Kishman and drummer Mike Sturgis. Martin Turner briefly returned for the group's 25th anniversary tour in 1995 and began working on new material, before leaving for a third and final time.
As a guitarist & songwriter I needed more creative freedom. So, in 2008 I started down the instrumental path with the release of my debut solo album Worlds Within, and as it turns out, ended up staying on that path to this day. For this album I played all of the instruments with the exception of the drums.
